WIT 587977 – Changing default thermal management to TM2
WIT 587975 – Symptom: 1 in 200 boots off of UDOC would stall at OS loading screen, at which
             point the UDOC would have a solid green light.  Fix was to implement Ehci Os mutex
             handling.
