Rutter’s Selects Radiant Point-of-Sale, Customer Self-Service Solutions

Radiant Point-of-Sale and Customer Self-Service to enhance foodservice, convenience offerings for leading retailer

ATLANTA (Nov. 10, 2005)— Radiant Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: RADS) announced today that it has contracted with Rutter's Farm Stores to deploy Radiant Point-of-Sale (POS) in all 50 of the Pennsylvania retailer’s sites, including 36 stores that will also deploy the Radiant Customer Self-Service (CSS) solution.

“We chose Radiant not only because of the breadth of their technology offering but also because of their commitment to industry standards,” said Scott Hartman, CEO of Rutter’s Farm Stores, which offers made-to-order sandwiches and other fresh food in many of its convenience stores. “We wanted a supplier who is equally strong in fuel, convenience and food service.”

T he Radiant solution, including Radiant’s POS software, CSS software, kitchen production system, P1550 hardware terminals and Tiger fuel controllers, will integrate to the PDI-RMS back office utilizing the PCATS-NAXML interface, continuing Radiant’s leadership in deploying this industry standard. The interface will enable both foodservice and convenience store businesses to be managed from a single back-office application.
