Radiant Systems' Aloha Solution Enables Growth for Regional Powerhouse

Ninety Nine Restaurant increases operational efficiencies

ATLANTA (July 24, 2006) — Radiant Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: RADS), a leading provider of innovative technology to the hospitality and retail industries, and CCR Data Systems, a Radiant channel partner, announce a partnership with Ninety Nine Restaurant, a brand of O’Charley’s Inc. with headquarters in Woburn, Mass. Ninety Nine currently uses two Aloha applications: Aloha TableService point-of-sale (POS) and Aloha Labor Scheduler. Additionally, Radiant 1510 terminals will be used in all new sites and as upgrades for aging equipment.

Restaurant owners are seeking ways to increase efficiency and decrease costs. The Aloha software allows employees to serve customers and fill orders quickly and more accurately with less time and less waste. And, after testing three sites with six terminals each for a period of over six months, Ninety Nine determined that the reliability, speed of ordering and service on the Radiant hardware warranted an increased commitment to CCR and Radiant. In addition to providing software, implementation and support desk services, CCR and Radiant will also provide hardware, installation services and on-site maintenance.
