Radiant Systems Expands Kiosk Installations within the Tessitura Network

Self-service ticketing kiosks debut in several performing arts venues

ATLANTA (November 8, 06) –Radiant Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: RADS) announces that it has installed self service kiosks in several new venues expanding its relationship with venues within the Tessitura Network. The installations include some of the world’s most notable performing arts venues including the Steppenwolf Theatre in Chicago, Schemerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville and the Royal Albert Hall in London.  Each of these clients have installed kiosks for ticket purchases on site or as a will-call retrieval.

“We are a recognized leader in self-service technology with more than 7,000 installations worldwide,” said Martin Dalziel general manager of Radiant’s entertainment division.  “Our partnership with Tessitura Network, Inc. will give us the opportunity to bring a flexible solution running on the industry’s most reliable hardware to the performing arts market.”

“Our clients have seen value from their kiosks since day one, “said Jack Rubin, president of Tessitura Network, Inc. “There is time saved for the patrons due to the automated will-call capabilities to pick up tickets and the additional sales outlets can increase sales for current and future events.  Costs will be saved for the venue and customer satisfaction is improved.”

Kiosks enhance the consumer experience by facilitating a fast ticketing process that allows consumers to avoid long lines, and operators benefit from reduced labor costs in their ticketing operation.  Radiant kiosks utilize an open platform designed to allow clients to easily incorporate custom signage and brand imaging.
