Gary Landers Retires After More Than 25 Years Serving Convenience Retailers in Australia and Asia

Radiant executive led period of growth and expansion for company’s Asia Pacific business

GEELONG, Australia (March 30, 2006) – Radiant Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: RADS) announces the retirement of Gary Landers this month from the position of vice president and general manager for the company’s petroleum and convenience retail business in Asia Pacific.

In more than 25 years of service to Radiant and its predecessor company in Australia, Breeze Software, Landers was a key contributor to the growth and the cultivation of relationships with major oil companies and top-tier convenience retailers throughout the region. Under Landers’ leadership Radiant grew its installation base to approximately 3,500 sites in the Asia Pacific region, including regional deployments with three of the world’s largest integrated petroleum companies.

“The combination of Radiant and Breeze six years ago brought together two strong players and gave us substance and critical mass across the region,” said Mark Schoen, president of Radiant’s global petroleum and convenience retail division. “Gary had a track record of success that excited us about working together. He built a strong business and a capable management team that is a great legacy and a testament to his focus on the long-term health of the business.”
In 1981, Landers, along with Harry Grace and Ray Calaby, founded Breeze in Geelong, Victoria, and grew the company to become the market leader serving the technology needs of petroleum and convenience retailers in Australia. Today, Radiant’s Asia Pacific business is headquartered in Geelong, serving the region in conjunction with a sales and support office in Singapore.

After earning a Diploma of Business from the Gordon Institute of Technology, Landers worked for seven years with KPMG as a certified practicing accountant. Landers led Radiant’s petroleum and convenience retail business in Asia Pacific since Radiant acquired Breeze in 2001.

Landers plans to start his retirement with a trip to the West Indies supporting the Australian team at The World Cup of Cricket.
