Radiant Systems Names New Hospitality Channel Distributor for Thailand and Vietnam

Genex Solutions Co. Ltd. to resell and support Radiant’s hardware and Aloha software

ATLANTA (August 26, 2010) — Radiant Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: RADS) today announced a new reseller agreement with Genex Solutions Co.Ltd., a Bangkok-headquartered technology company, to provide Radiant’s hardware products, Aloha point-of-sale (POS) software and associated services to the Thai and Vietnamese markets.

“The Aloha Enterprise solution is a compelling and innovative product offering that we know can bring value and a high return on investment for our local customers,” said Peek Malakul, chief executive officer at Genex Solutions. “Radiant Systems is the market leader within the restaurant industry in the United States, and we are excited to use our expertise in the Asia market to reach both companies’ goals of expansion within this area.”

Established in 1995, Genex Solutions is one of the leading end-to-end hotel solutions providers servicing hundreds of hotel chains in the Thailand market. Under the new agreement, Genex Solutions will offer sales and support services for Radiant’s hardware and the entire suite of Aloha Enterprise software products.
