(Nasdaq: RADS) is pleased to announce that its 2011 Sprint for Cancer charity races raised nearly $200,000 to support pediatric cancer causes across the country. Sprint for Cancer is a family-friendly event with a fun run, 5K, 10K and other varying distances that has raised over $800,000 during the course of its nine year history. Sprint for Cancer originated in Atlanta, Ga. in 2003 and expanded over the past three years to become a national race with events in Dallas/Fort Worth, Irvine, Calif. and Memphis, Tenn. In total, close to 2,500 participants and volunteers contributed to the success of this year’s races. With donations from numerous corporate sponsors and employee fundraising, Sprint for Cancer exceeded its anticipated fundraising and participation goals. Race details are as follows:
