Certification Program
Radiant requires service partners to undergo extensive certification programs. This ensures that partners have the requisite skills and knowledge base to provide timely and effective support for our customers.
There are four essential levels of the certification program:
RSP Certified Tier 1 Onsite Repair Technician
- Partner with Radiant Systems
- Replace basic hardware as an on-site technician
RSP Certified Tier 2 Onsite Repair Technician
- Complete Tier 1 requirements
- Replace complex hardware as an on-site technician
RSP Certified Tier 3 Onsite Repair Technician
- Complete Tier 2 requirements
- Provide onsite support for Radiant software solutions
RSP Certified Tier 4 Onsite Repair Technician
- Complete Tier 3 requirements
- Deploy Radiant product solutions as an on-site technician
